Rules and safety

CAICHAT is a place for free-form roleplay stories, but that freedom has limits. Here is a short summary of the main rules. The full texts are linked at the bottom of the page; if anything differs, the full texts apply.

🔞 Age

• You can use CAICHAT only if you are 18 or older, or have reached the age of majority in your country.
• All characters must be adults. If the age isn’t obvious, state it in the Personality field.

🚫 What is forbidden

• Any content involving minors or sexualizing them, including attempts to get around this protection.
• Images that look like real people, and intimate images without consent.
• Calls for violence, terrorism, hate based on race, religion, gender, orientation, disability and so on.
• Threats, harassment and insults toward real people.
• Illegal activity and helping with it.
• Attempts to get around moderation or “jailbreak” the AI, hacking and disrupting the site.
• Spam, advertising, deception, impersonating another person.
• Violating copyright and other people’s privacy.

You are responsible for your content

The rules apply to your messages, to the replies the AI generates at your request, and to the characters you publish.

🛡️ Moderation

Messages, characters and images that users reported or that the automatic safety system flagged may be reviewed by moderators. For violations, content is removed, and access to the account may be restricted or closed.

Nobody can read encrypted chats without the password, so reports and ratings are turned off in them.

Tick up to five reasons and describe the problem. If you feel unsafe or it’s about a serious violation, also write to support@caichat.ai.

Don’t want to see someone’s characters? Block the creator.

❓ Related questions

My character was removed. Why?

Most likely it broke the community guidelines — for example, the character’s age wasn’t clearly adult, or the avatar showed a real person. If you think the removal was a mistake, write to support@caichat.ai and include a link to the character.

The character said something unacceptable. What should I do?

Report the message through the menu. You can regenerate or edit the reply — the corrected version goes into the history.

Someone is using my content without permission
