Referral program

Invite people to CAICHAT with your link or code. They get a bonus on their first purchase, and you get a percentage of their purchases, subscriptions and chat spending.

🚀 Getting started

1. In the left menu, open My Space → Affiliated.

2. Click Create new campaign and come up with a name. Only you see it — it helps you tell campaigns apart, for example “TikTok” or “Discord server”.

3. The campaign code is created automatically: 8 Latin letters and digits.

4. Copy the link with Copy link, or the code itself, and share them.

You can run up to 10 active campaigns at the same time — for example, one for each platform, to see where people come from.

🎁 What the invited person gets

The invited person enters your code at checkout or on the Subscribe page and gets a bonus: extra tokens with a subscription or a percentage of bonus tokens when buying packs. The size of the bonus is shown when the code is entered.

💰 What you get

You get a percentage of the money your referrals spend on:

• token purchases;
• subscription purchases;
• chatting with chatbots — token spending in chats.

Referral income goes to your creator balance. You can withdraw it or exchange it for tokens the same way as income from characters. See Monetization and payouts.

📊 Statistics

For each campaign you can see:

• a chart of link clicks, sign-ups, code activations and income;
• daily statistics — you can export them to CSV;
• top referrals — who brings in the most;
• the history of credits, with a note on what each was for.

Referral statuses

Status	What it means
Active	The user applied your code and made a purchase — you get a percentage of their spending
Inactive	The code has been applied, but there are no purchases yet
Lost	The user moved to another referrer by applying someone else’s code

A user can change an applied code no more than once every 90 days.

Fair play

You can’t apply your own code. Fake activity and fake accounts are tracked, and credits for them may be canceled.

🗑️ Deleting a campaign

After a campaign is deleted, its code stops working for new users. A deleted campaign can’t be restored.

Where do I get my own promo code?

A promo code is a referral campaign code. Create a campaign in the Affiliated section, and the code appears automatically.

A friend signed up via my link but doesn’t show up in the statistics

Check that your friend applied the code: when they follow the link, the code is saved, but it is applied after they log in. Until they buy something, they have the “Inactive” status.

Can I invite myself from a second account?

No. You can’t apply your own code, and inviting yourself from other accounts counts as fake activity — credits for it may be canceled.
